As you're both encountering crashes could you first please try verifying the game's files[ubi.li], to make sure no local files are corrupted or damaged.
If there's no change, please then give the further steps[support.ubisoft.com] in our guide a try.
If you're still having issues after giving all of those steps a try, then could you please open a case on our Support Site[ubi.li] and send over your system files.

i just got done playing brotherhood without any issues. now its time for the next one, but it seems like i wont be able to play because its glitching me so hard that i end up under neath the terrain. such a shame that a game that has been out for years and is still not able to run smoothly.
i bought the AC bundle to play all the games and follow along with the story but i guess im just gonna have to skip some games.... because i HAVE to, not that i WANT to...
ive tried to find "support" from ubisoft connect for this game, but like this game, the platform is garbage and just leads you in circles with end in sight.
im beinging to see why the game bundle was marked down so much.
