"Ubisoft launcher not found..." FIX
Hi guys, I have an easy fix for the "Ubisoft launcher not found" problem.

The install script does not install Ubisoft Connect, only installs the game itself.

I read a lot of people saying that you must use WINEPREFIX with the prefix of your Game and then install Ubisoft Connect using wine, but this doesn't work, because wine and proton are not the same thing.

The solution is to install in your Linux distro an app called "ProtonTricks". If this app IS not present in your distro repos, you can install the Flatpak version.

Once you run ProtonTricks, It display a selection of your Steam installed games. Choose the one you want. Now, the game prefix is selected. The next screen that appears, let you choose the "Install app" option. And next It shows you a list of apps you can install inside the game installation prefix. Search for Ubisoft Connect and select It. The Ubisoft Connect installation app starts. When It finish, uncheck the "Run app" option and click on Finish.

Thats It. Now you can close ProtonTricks and run Steam. Select game, click on Play and enjoy.

If this fix was usefull, please, consider to pin It for other people to find It quickly.

P.S. Sorry for my english.
