Game wont save!

I have played untill i get the first key twice now and the game wont save any progress.

I have tried to exit to the main menu and load back, but i couldn't. My desmond save wasn't there.

Uplay support offer no help and after looking for an hour and a half i haven't found any help. yet the autosave icon appear in the corner while in game but the game wont save. i am not the only one with this problem but no one has any fix for the issue.

And i cant have a refound since i played to much before knowing i couldn't save. this is really frustrating!

If someone has some sort of fix, it would be very kind. thx in advance.

a while back i was able to fix the issue be reinstalling the game completelly. i hope it help! ;)

So you've replayed the memory? I would restart the memory if you haven't already, I think maybe then it should work. I haven't had the same issue but I've had the game glitch out on me in Brotherhood and it wouldn't load anything/save until I restarted the memory.

I've got the same problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've played through a bit several times. Not of that worked. I did go searching for the file, and found that the savegame file didn't exist where it was supposed to under the latest patch. If anyone with a bit more expertise than me could figure out a solution, that would be great.

So far deleting the ubisoft files and reinstalling the uplay pc from the ubisoft website has worked. We'll see if it continues ot save.
Suopport has been no help with this game. I've already had to solve other problems on my own.
