Cant´t play Desmond Journey missions [SOLVED]

When i enter at the doors in the island to start the Desmond Journeys the screen goes black and the game closes and send me to the desktop and nothing happens.

I dont find a solution on internet only find solutions for cracked pirate copies of the game, no solution for an original Steam or Uplay copy...

Anybody had the same problem and know how to solve it? Thanks!

Edit: I solved it. Running the game AND Steam in Administrator mode i can play the missions normally without game crash to desktop.

Tip: With the game in admin, i couldnt use steam overlay ingame until i launched both steam and the game as administrator.
