WHY EVERYTHING COST MONEY?!
I have fully beat the game, 100% synchronized it, complited all side-content, collected all collectibles and still reading internet on my another PC waiting for bank to collect enough money. Because of infamous bank bug i can't just replay missions while waiting for it.

  • There is so many mediocre weapons costing tens of thousands akce each!

  • I wasted hundreds of thousands akce upgrading all mediterrain cities, found 72 recruits, every city has 5 assassins 10 level each, and i still waiting for payoff for my effort. The genious idea of developers making it impossible to lock maximally upgraded city (full upgrade of ONE city costing 25000A-35000A, i don't remember exact numbers) so if you don't complite that stupid minigame every 30 minutes (for each city, it's a 60 assassins every 30 minutes), you will lose everything you grinded for!

  • In AC2 all the landmarks were cheap. In ACB most landmarks are cheap and also there is some expensive ones. IN ACRev ALL THE LANDMARKS ARE EXPENSIVE!

  • And books, books costing more than a valuable weapon, costing more than all the armor sets together, costing more than several landmarks (literal towers) combined! I am sure everyone spitted their favorite drink out when they first checked out the book store in Cappadocia.

What are you trying to do, developers? Artificially extend the lenght of the game?

Edit
Bank didn't help me at all, but compliting all avaible Mediterrain Defence missions got me very rich. I still think it was very stupid as buying property and landmarks didn't help me gain money, but assigning 72 assassins every 30 minutes on missions while replaying all memories for the second time was the only thing that helped me.

Yes.
"WHY EVERYTHING COST MONEY?!"

I love it when real world problems carry over in a game
The economy is not balanced. I finished the game with every shop bought but still couldn't 100% the city. I regularly withdrew from bank for renovations too. I think I finished around 80%. I couldn't buy most of the landmarks. Only bought a couple of armors because got master armor as soon as I can and only a couple of best weapons and nothing else. I didn't waste money. The previous games were better but then I think people complained there was nothing left to buy in the game. Nothing to spend money for.

The most efficient way to gain money, i am sure, is a Mediterrain Defence, bank is very very buggy. Only because of that minigame i could afford everything: 100% of the shops and landmarks in city, books, armor sets, weapons and, as stupid as it sounds, the Mediterrain Defence itself, it has a lot of limited missions you have to pay for to upgrade the city.
Mediterranean Defense sucks because I lost a nearly upgraded city to Templars and when I got it back the upgrades I paid for were gone too. I was finished with the game too, so I just stopped playing.

Yes, and in Ubisoft there was a very stupid manager who literally said something like "less than year of development is perfect, that way developers have no time to doubt". That attitude is caused most of the problems of this game.

Because it's meant as a side thing to do once you have nothing else to do in game. You don't even need to change weapons. The combat isn't meant to support multiple playstyles.

Well, no previous and later games had problems with players being able to get most of the content while simply beating the game. I renovated Monterrigioni in AC2 before beating the game, nobody complained, i renovated Rome in ACB before beating Cesare, nobody complained, i fully upgraded the Jackdaw in AC4 before beating the game, all players liked that.

Making everything very expensive and artifically slowing down the progress of the side content doesn't make game any more fun.
