Can't recall assassin sent to a Mediterranean city?
In the minigame "Mediterranean defense", captured Assassin cities can only climb up to 50% control. However, you can install assassin dens and then further raise the control percentage in these cities by increments of 10% per Assassin slot it unlocks as a result, but you have to manually assign one of your 10 assassins to occupy such a slot in that city, losing him or her in the process to that city.

Now I mistakenly did this to Bursa by assigning one of my own Master Assassins (rather than Assassins), namely the Master of Bayezid South district.

Now this freed up a recruitment slot in my assassin roster once again, which I promptly filled with a new recruit. Problem is, the non-master Assassins cannot level up past Level 10.

While the Master Assassins are Level 14 (?). So now I only have 6 Master Assassins left, instead of the previous 7. And each of them is the Master of a different district (Imperial North, Imperial South, Galata, Constantine North, Constantine South and Bayezid North, with Bayezid South missing)

However, the Bayezid South Assassin Den still has its master and doesnt need a new one. So....what happened? I cant recall him from Bursa anymore? My Assassin roster effectiveness dropped permanently by the loss of a capable lvl14 member and his replacement will only ever be lvl10? This sucks.

you can recall them as long as their is an empty space in your roster and there are more than one assassins in the city.
