U Play Rewards?

Hello, I have 40 points on my uplay profile that I believe I unlocked by playing a little of this game around 2 years ago, havent played many Ubisoft games since then.

I got an email recently saying Ubisoft has introduced a new system where unclaimed Uplay points will expire every 2 years, so I was wondering how to get the rewards from AC Revelations.

Like is there a button in the main menu with which you can do this or do you have to go to the external uplay website?

EDIT: nevermind, managed to do so myself, you can unlock the reward via the Uplay browser that opens automatically when you try to launch this game from steam (no need to log in to the uplay website externally via your internet browser). Just go to Games > AC Revelations > Club Rewards and spend your uplay points before they expire. I spent all 40 on the MP Knight character. I should be able to unlock more points by progressing in the main storyline, which I will then spend on the SP stuff, I just wanted to make sure I didnt have any points left over that would expire in a few days time.

you earn them by doing the Uplay Challenges for the game (Achievments).
