No English In Game [Resolved]
I own this game on Uplay, and I regret buying it there because the horrendous interface and strange downloading.

But when I downloaded the game, it was completely in Russian. I followed a tutorial to switch to English, but found that I simply did not have the english option.

Suddenly Uplay wanted to autopatch the game, and the installer froze. I had to use task manager to fix it. I relaunch the game, and the menus are blank. It's not Russian anymore, but it's just blank boxes on the menu, and then no language options at all. Which means I can't even play the game in Russian anymore.

I try to fix it by googling an English Language Pack for Assassin's Creed Revelations, but guess what, apparently it does not exist. :/

The issue has been solved!! Apparently when I bought the key for the game, it was for the Russian version. It was advertised as the English Version, so it wasn't Uplay's fault after all.

I wasn't very optimistic about a response from Ubisoft after the horrid reviews online, but I actually had a super nice experience. After submitting a ticket I poked somebody in live chat, and you can see our chat records here:

Obviously not going to be able to get a refund, but I'm surprisingly ok with that cause the support person was nice. Will update when game gets removed from my account so I can buy the English version. Properly this time.

Have you tried contacting ubisofts support? Because that would be the first thing you should do.

I have! I have a support ticket waiting, and updated it just a couple hours ago when I reinstalled the whole thing again, and ended up with just Russian with no blank English menus. I really don't know why Uplay thinks I speak Russian.

I got help after contacting live support! The ticket system is a bit slow but it helps when you contact live support so they can have records to look at when helping you.
