The Lost Archive Problem

About a month or 2 ago i buyed The Lost Archive DLC from {LINK REMOVED}G2A.com
I activated it, everything fine and today I install the game but I can't access any of it's contents. Please help me.

P.S: I have ACR on uplay, not on steam.

I had the same problem with all the DLCs, just do this
launch the game > extras > exclusive content > enter code > enter "the lost archive" code

So, if you activated the DLC on uplay already, do the next 2 big steps (if you still know your uplay key for the dlc then skip step 1):
1) open up uplay, click on your name in the top right corner, then go to account information. On the left you'll see 2 tabs: Account details and My Games. Go to My games. You'll see AC Revelations is expandable. Expand it, on the Lost Archive click Show Key. Write that key down on a paper (copy-paste doesn't work because you can't paste things in Ac revelations).
2) open up acrevelations and go to extras, exclusive content, enter code and type the code you wrote down on the paper. You did write it down, didn't you?

where you able to fix this issue? I cant see the lost archive either

I was on chat with locat support of Ubisoft of my region, thay say that lost archive on uplay is not aviable any more and thay don't know if it every will be aviable

I was in Support chat as well. Support couldn't solve the issue and I got told they will forward my case and I will receive an email. Nothing so far.

I don't know if there's something left to be done, but I urge you to follow these steps:-
take your ACR standard key from steam and enter it in ubiconnect-->activate a key. then launch it from ubiconnect, go inside and try to redeem the DLC key again inside the game.

I tryed this, because i buy AC Revelations Gold key to uplay.
I tryed all od things you mentioned on uplay, didin't worki. I wanted to try buy, this game on steam, but i see that this is problem cause by Ubisoft, on every platform.

Thay become one of worst developers.

for me i had a standard version in uplay, then again bought gold edition in steam, 1st played through steam and activated the dlc inside the game ( I didn't know yet that steam's newly bought acr standard also needs to be redeemed in uplay). then went to 'activate a key' and now 2 ACR shows in my uplay account. the 2nd one is with the dlc, glad it worked for me that way.
I guess your only option left now is to play it in crack if u want to explore it yourself. Ubisoft isn't gonna fix this anyway, they already did so much ♥♥♥♥ with their best lineups.

I have the same issue.
DLC isn't wanting to work, can't access brutus armor or Altier armor, and Lost Archives.
