Assassin's Creed: Revelations - Mediterranean Defenses
Hey I've been playing ACR for quite a while now and I've also been leveling up my assassins and such. I accidentally assigned one to a city and they were only a level 11 and I want my assassins to be level 15 when I send them overseas so is there a way to still level them up when they're at a city? I know that you can take four back but the fifth one I can't take back, which is the level 11 one, and I'm so desperate to know if I can still level them up.

This management mini-game is not fully explained in the ingame-manual so it is easy to miss out how it works but it is also hard to explain via text.

You can not take out the last assassin but swap out with another one of your "main bank". The button for this should ALT or CONTROL, cant remember.

Assassins assigned to a city can do missions to gain XP but only missions of this city. When you have choosen a mission and you are in the assassins selection screen press ALT (or CONTROL, cant remember) to switch to a new selection screen where now the city assassins are available.

Thank you, I read a thread explaining the purpose of Mediterranean Defense and now I understand fully. It's really just to gain XP and has nothing to do with Den Defense, and yes I used to think Den and City were the same thing.

One more thing; I assigned a Master Assassin to a city and the city lost the battle of defending it so is there any way I can get that Master Assassin Back or is that one permanently gone?

Master Assassins (as soon as they reach higher than lvl 10 and are assigned to a den in constantinoble) can not die, only get wounded, so if you retake the city the assassin should be there again.
