can anyone say if dlc will be out later for this...

No one knows about it. The developers haven't announced any DLC yet. I'm not even sure that DLC can be. Do you have any ideas?

Pretty sure the developers have stopped working on this game at least in terms of patches etc, so while I hope there will be, normally a dlc would have been announced by now.

Maybe, they're working at the sequel which hasn't been announced yet. :) When I checked Wikipedia, there was written that this game will have sequel and the developers already have the idea how it will look.
