Wolfenstein: The New Order

Does anyone know how to disable triple buffering for intel 4000?
The games seems to run fine and it like its around 30 fps which is okay a long as it runs but what bothers me is the streching and other graphical glitches. The fact the intel's website keeps giving me error 500 does not help either

Bump. I've got this same problem. Although from my research, I don't think it's possible to change it on intel. Have you had any luck?
In the bottom right of your taskbar do you have an icon for the Intel Graphics control panel? Or if you right click on empty desktop space?

If so, here's intel's "How To" configure your graphics settings:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm

If not, do you have either A) Multiple graphics cards or B) Multiple monitors? According to my google-fu, you need to have your primary monitor plugged into the intel video output in order to access the control panel.

I only have one monitor, and as far as I know, I only have one graphics card. I'm running on a laptop that came pre-built. Nothing wrong with the processing, though, I can play every other game (the Forest, Assassin's Creed III, Borderlands 2, etc.) fine. I found that link earlier, but the problem, though, arises in that my graphics card uses the Intel HD Graphics Control panel, which as far as I can tell, doesn't have an option to switch triple buffering off. I played around with adjusting the two settings it does offer, and they don't fix anything. Is there any other way to turn triple buffering off?
disable vsync maybe
Vsync was disabled the entire time, apparently (in wolfenstein, that is), and enabling it doesn't fix the problem. Also, Intel only gives me two options for Vsync: "Use application settings" or "On." I can guarentee you I'm not buying their cards again.
