Chapter 3, A New Word - sniper tower

At the start of this level you crawl in a sewer pipe and you end up at the first of 2 structures. The other day, i saw this guy on youtube (marksman magazine+). He managed to get inside of this first structure at the basement and get up on the ladder to the sniper tower. Does anyone know how to get in there, searched everywhere for a secret button, sequence or whatever...

It's only on one of the timelines. Can't remember if it's Fergus or Wyatt. But it's only available on one of them (cos you either need to lockpick or hotwire your way in.. don't remember which one)
