Steam still says pre-load?

Does anyone else have this problem? I pre-loaded the game yesterday, and when I booted up steam today it still says "Pre-load" and trying to start the game simply opens the pre-load download window which has the message that the game will be available to play the moment it's released.

The problem is, it's already released? European here, so it should've been released 9hrs ago.

I've tried to restart steam, and already tried to redownload the game, but still says the same thing.

I live in Norway, and this morning when I logged on about 4 hours ago it said it was released.

I haven't bought it yet though, and I suspect it will be a while before I do judging from all the negative posts here, but at least it's changed from pre-purchase to purchase now, so I'm not sure what's wrong there.

Yet another reason for me to wait a few weeks/months before I buy, I guess :)

I managed to fix it by logging out of steam and logging back in. Dunno why that worked but restarting didn't.
