It isn't allowed to run in Germany so I suppose this version has everything.
No Nazi symbols are in the German version same goes for the version in Austria.
AU version of SR4 wasn't a ROW version though.
I'm pretty sure the ROW version is the version that everyone else plays without censorship.
But you can always wait for someone else to confirm it.
Germany has a history with nazis and they dislike it in every way.
There shouln't be any censorship on the ROW version.
As in, the version with no censored/cut content lol.

Ok that is really strange, I am used to the ROW version being the censored version.
But I suppose we cant have nazis in german video games even if the entire point of them being there is for the player to fill them so full of lead that they can be used as a pencil.
After being responsible as a country for millions deaths during WWII and actually being a country of Third Reich regime it is logic. Tbh Europe would be better place now if they had won but price for that is way to big.
