Is there a new game plus?

Hey people, just finished the game yesterday on hard and is just wondering if there is a new game plus mode? So I can keep all the same perks and weapon upgrades!
After I finished the game and clicked on 'Resume', it just put me back onto the last boss fight again.
Anyway to have the same perks or do I need to just start a new game? Thanks :)

if you click on chapters, you can do the other timeline from the very beginning, and you will keep your perks and weapon upgrades (upgrades, not the weapons itself)

You can do the other timeline (change difficulty if you want) and you can keep your perks and stuff. Go to chapters, switch to the timeline you did not do and choose first mission. Perks will be stay.

Yeah I blew this and didn't select a chapter, the new game plus is the way to go for the second playthrough, I enjoy this modern feature in games.

Can someone tell me if starting a new game resets all progress? Both timelines aren't completed, and I've finished the main game!

I have backed up my save file, but I guess I'd have to start the game from the beginning. I'm at chapter 5 now.
