How to install the silencer

Did not found it in the options^ I found the pistol on the ground.

Press C to add the silencer when only using one weapon. When dual wielding Z will put the silencer on the weapon thats in your left hand and C will do the right hand weapon. this goes the same for later in the game when you get addons for the assault rifle and shotgun as well

Anyone had instances where the same stealth move did/didn't work?"

IE, towards the beginning when you are in the castle I was unable to make a silencer kill without alerting the guards (the guard dogs where also super accurate and the first to respond which was weird), until a little later on when you go through the checkpoints and I was able to take out guards with ease.

Apology for necro: I was wondering why silencer was "uncooperative"...until I found a silencer and the AI told me what to do; one can't use a silencer until one is found.

My silencer appeared on the screen as an upgrade. I either picked it up from a dead enemy, got it from a wooden box, or ?? It is a gun with a silencer on it. You don't install the silencer.

unless a person has the controls remapped.

be more helpful if you guys just said the function name instead of D key or X button, which people may not even have.
