20 hour campaign, yeah right!
Finished it in 7-8 hours on second hardest difficulty. I did enjoy this game alot and I will play it again but the only way this campaign is 20 hours is if you play both "timelines" (which I'm sure makes a tiny difference to the story) and collect every collectable in the game.

20 hours is not both timelines. It's 20 hours if you collect all the collectibles & play. 40 hours for both.

not worth $60 bucks -- no multiplayer!

Yeah no... I doubt it takes a extra 12 hours to get all the collectables on top of the 8 hour campaign

I was going to say, i doubt u finished the game on "Über", i tried that on the (SPOILER) last boss. I had 3 fully charged marksmen guns (dual), 25 rockets (dual), 250 health and 100 armor at the start.. I lowered and suddenly he was okay at all.

I played the entire game in "Über", but however, the last boss was impossible. (SPOILER)

I spend 30 dollar for that game, my expectations were real about the game. A typical Wolfenstein, everything i wanted.

Hehe, the last boss was annoying. I beat him using only the lazer/cutter gun because of the charge points around the boiler room

You can beat any game quickly if you rush it and play in a marathon. You can beat Sonic the Hedgehog 1 in an hour, and that one hour made a huge difference in peoples lives. Isnt that amazing? News flash, games use to only take an hour at best! Watch a movie, it only last for a couple hours. It is amazing how much our minds are effected by a couple hours. The problem I have is I never want to play a game more than an hour in a day.

I agree that the price is too high for a singleplayer-only game, but not every game needs multiplayer...

Mandatory "I beat the game in [bu.llsheet amount of hours] thread" is no longer mandatory.

Yeah, did the same just with Marksmen Guns, but impossible on Über sadly. He "breaks" like 4+ times more, idk how many hits i need...

Yep.

I'm not buying the game at this price on principal. When competitors offer more bang for the buck a message needs to be sent, I'm doing my part.

I think there is a general misunderstanding in this thread.

The game IS great and IS worth the price and DOESN'T need multiplayer. But the devs said it would be 20 hours or atleast there were enough rumours to expect a 20 hour campaign just to get the typical 8 hour game. (With moderate replay value)

Why would you want to play a 20 hour FPS anyways? You know how difficult that would be to keep the average gamer not bored throughout the game with all that shooting. As long as the overall game is good, who cares how long it is.

Stalker and Far Cry 3 are 20 hrs if you do the side missions. Those also happen to come with mp on top of their awesome campaigns.

It took me 9 hours to complete the first time, and I am what people consider extremely fast at finishing games.
its a 12hour+ game single play through, with 2 timelines that gives around 20 hours since the second time you will be collecting more.
