If you're not flooding with cash, Old Blood and New Order alone are enough to keep you entertained for the next few days.
Wolf 2009 is one of those games people either love (like myself) or hate.

If you can find it for cheap on EBay or something I'd say go for it. If you have one of the last gen consoles you can also pick it up. In fact I first played Wolf 09 on 360 and then picked up a copy on Steam when it was available because I enjoyed it so much.
If you can't or don't want to get a copy you can always watch a playthrough on YouTube if you feel the need to get caught up on story. Or just watch the cutscenes on YouTube if you don't like watching others play a game.
Also, the game not being on Steam is an issue with the publishers, Bethesda and Activision. Like Wolfenstein 2009 Quake 4 was created by Raven Software and Published by activision yet when Bethesda bought id they removed and then rereleased Quake 4 back on Steam with their publisher splash screen replacing activisions. Why they haven't done the same for Wolfenstein 2009... who knows. Rumors say they don't want title confusion, or they ran out of keys, or they think the game isn't worth rereleasing.
