Stylewise W:TNO some sort of futuristic 80s with Nazis (Moonbase is like teleported from Alien and Aliens movies), where fallout is how future was seen by US sci-fi writers and artists.
In the cellphone RPG series again BJ runs into the Doom Cyberdemon summoned by the Nazis. After beating the Cyberdemon it promises to come back for BJs ancestors (Doom guy in Doom RPG).
Both Wolfenstein 3D and Wolfenstein RPG are seperate timelines that are NOT connected to the modern Wolfenstein series as far as the story goes though. If the modern Wolfenstein series is connected to any other franchise it would be an id franchise like Doom or Rage, though no connection has ever been suggested other than easter eggs. If any game feels like its part of the same universe Rage kind of feels like the future for New Order. A lot of similar weapon design and robotic tech. Again though, they're not connected.
