Minimim Specs:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8200 or AMD Phenom II X2 545
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 3 GB
OS: Windows 7 or above (64 bit)
Video Card: Nvidia GTS 250 OR AMD Radeon HD 6670
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 50 GB

Your Intel HD Graphics are not even close to hitting the minimum, and your cpu is below the speed.

The E8200 is a 2.66Ghz CPU., the phenom is 3.0Ghx, so while yours is a quad core, its too slow.

Basically you need a faster laptop.

Just download pirated version, and try it, and if you can run it, buy it, of course. Not always are the minimum requirements the minimum for enjoyable playing, but it depends. Your graphic card is really weak, but if you desperately want to play Wolfenstein, you can search something like ''playing wolfenstein new order on intel hd'' on youtube, there are often some advices. Also some people do patches to run games on even lower systems than minumum requirements are. I really recommend LowSpecGamer for example: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQkd05iAYed2-LOmhjzDG6g
