3 Levers Help

[Ostin-Oskarose]

In the first mission/chapter there are 3 levers on the wall in a room. It's the room on the right, right after the first cannon that you can shoot the walker with. I would just like to know if they do anything because I have been trying to pull them in different orders and even translating the words on them but nothing happens :P
