If you can run The Old Blood well, then you can run The New Order just as well, since it's a year older than The Old Blood and is built on the same engine.

You should be able to play this game at Medium. My computer is:

intel Core 4th Gen i3-4160 3.60GHz Dual-Core
8GB DDR3 SDRAM @1600MHz
Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB @954MHz ~ 192 CUDA Cores

Your Specs:

intel Core 4th Gen i5-4670 3.'8'GHz Quad-Core
16GB DDR3 SDRAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB @980MHz ~ 960 CUDA Cores

You might be able run the game at Medium Settings.

But aren't you getting all kinds of texture pop in?

I tried running on high and the pop in was more than I can bare, backing off to medium keeps it to a minimum.

There again it might be my PC is older.

As I said have not noticed any issues even in some chaotic game play that would slow things down.
