Unlocking both timelines
Hey all,

Does anyone know if there is a way to unlock both timelines?
**SPOILERS**

In my first playthrough i saved one guy, completed the game and in the chapter menu i could replay any of that character game-chapters.
HOWEVER, when i went to start a new game to save the other character and unlock all of the other characters game-chapters, it reset my progress entirely!! >:(

How do you progress to unlock both timelines?
Do you have to finish the game saving one character, then using the game-chapters menu, play each chapter SEPERATELY to play the other character's timeline?

Don't select New Game, it completely resets your progress (as I found out the hard way).

To go the other way, choose the first chapter in the chapter select and save the other person.

Is starting via chapter select and saving the other charact (which starts the other timeline) a continuous experience?

Or do you have to stop and select each progressive chapter after the previous is finished?

continuous, i did it myself not too long ago.

you will have all the upgrades and secrets from the other timeline, aside from the exclusive health/armor upgrades.

You keep those in both timelines, it's just that you can only collect them in their respective timeline.

well i meant you will have already gotten them, like secrets wouldnt reappear.

sorry, i was a little unclear in my wording.
