There's more than that. Along with Wyatt or Fergus being alive depending on who you choose to sacrifice, there's also an extra different character in the resistance hideout (Tekla for Fergus, J for Wyatt).

In addition to that, there are some minor gameplay differences. In the Wyatt timeline you have the lockpicking mini-game, and in the Fergus timeline you'll have the hotwiring mini-game, which results is somewhat different paths being taken in certain levels. Also, in the Wyatt timeline you'll find armour upgrades, and in the Fergus timeline you'll find health upgrades.

So, not just one character and some cutscenes.

Tekla and J are the "one character I mentioned" and their really only cutsenes. The mini game and upgrades are fairly pointless to mention as they dont affect gameplay.

If you count Wyatt, Fergus, Tekla and J, then there's two characters different, not just one.

The mini-game does affect gameplay. As I mentioned, in certain levels you take a slightly different path. It's not a huge effect, but it's still relevant when discussing differences between the timelines. As for the upgrades, while they don't affect gameplay per se, they're still worth mentioning.

I can stand on flat gameplay but plot...it better be great, however the "two timelines" setting doesn't have much effect on the plot
