FPS unlock without speeding everything up fixed. For Old Blood & The New Order. Stops (or has done for mine) any stuttering, pauses & delays.
Right click on the game in your Steam Library & copy/paste (below) into Launch Options.
+jobs_numthreads 4
Then launch the game from Steam/Start Menu/Desktop. Command in the launch options should still be there when option menu is closed or if you've logged out of Steam etc, so you only need to do this once.
Both games run on highest quality video & screen resolution, V-Sync & all useless extras that add minor detail are still active & now there's no performance issues. I'll add the link to the website I found it on at the end.
