Chapter 12 Gibraltar Bridge Jump

So I've tried at least a dozen times now, but there is something keeping me from making the initial jump from the helicopter to the "safe spot". It's like I hit my head on teh inside of the helicopter and just cant get enough height to make the jump. Has anyone had this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated as this is extremely frustrating. inb4 anyone tells me to sprint jump...

i dont have any further issues with that i just jumped it easily try to be at the back and try to run forwardly and as you are almost out of the heli just jump
