cant find the roof access

on the mission where the old coupel drop you off and leave anya in the trunk, theres a giant gate you can get past. the map says theres a third part thats higher up but i have no clue how to access it. theres also a chamber on the first floor that says open from other side, but if you look at the map it shows as if theres no other route behind it. anyone know how to get past these things?

Look at your map for yellow exclamation mark or question marks.

im already past the part where you raise the lift to let the truck go to the next side. neither of what im looking for has any question marks or waypoints

Reaching that area is dependent on what skill you learned based on which ally you sacrificed in first mission. IE: Lockpicking or Hotwiring

To reach all areas and collect all secrets etc, you will need to do 2 play throughs using either lockpicking skill or hotwiring per each play through.

ah, that makes sense. thanks. its deffs hot wireing then since i choose lockpicking this time around
