Step 1: Go to your wolfenstein file location
Step 2: Create a notepad document and name it steam_appid
Step 3: Open said notepad and type in "201810" (without the quotation marks)
Step 4: Right click the executable for the game and press copy
Step 5: Paste it in the same folder
Step 6: Rename the pasted executable to WolfNewOrder_32
Step 7: Launch the game using the executable rather than on steam
Any help would be appreciated.

1 - Turn off 2nd monitor in Windows Settings and launch game.
(this is the only way the game would launch)
2 - Alt-Tab out of game and turn on 2nd monitor in Windows Settings.
(game immediately switches to 2nd monitor when you do this)
3 - Go back into the game and go into video menu. Select Monitor 2 and Apply.
(game switches back to monitor 1 - I know, messed up, right?)
Now the game launches correctly to monitor 1 (which it thinks is monitor 2) every time. No more hassle. Bizarre though.
This worked perfectly, thanks a bunch!!
