If you look to the forum, you can find the same thing. Machinegames and bethesda just dont care, just want to take your money. This is a game from 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today is 25/12/2018!!! They just dont make ANYTHING to resolve this problems.
If someone thiking in buy this game. just dont,
Game works great for me, aside from small stutters in cutscenes. I have only slightly better specs (Ryzen 5 2600x & GTX 1060 6GB). Maybe try looking into how AMD cards perform in this game versus NVIDIA cards before calling the game bad? Not saying Bethesda (especially lately) is a super great and reputable company, but seriously?
2014 game with a sequel. And no one from this super great and retupable company to patch this? No man, thanks, i just want my refund.
Lets give a chance to small studios. I will try something like this: https://store.steampowered.com/app/262060/Darkest_Dungeon/
Or i skip new order and go to colossus in the future considering the engine is the same used in doom. I just cant acept anymore something like this... from bethesta, machinegames, EA, dice and others. This guys can pay a team to work and resolve the problem,
Sorry my english, is really bad.
I Run Metro 2033, Last Light, DOOM, Wolfenstein: Old Blood/New Order & Wolfenstein II, PREY, etc., all on ULTRA Quality Settings. Running 2K at 144Hz with V-Sync Enabled or set to Auto. Abdolutely no issues with performance nor visual issues. Now the METRO game series heavily taxes your hardware, probably a lot more than most games. DOOM hardly taxes the hardware, its a well designed game.
You probably shouldn't be having visual nor speed issues with your setup. You can reduce or remove Blur in the video settings in some games. Also I have to agree, visually game ports aren't the best looking. Games should be officially designed for PC Hardware, then ported over onto Consoles. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IMO

This is a problem with engine and GPUs . I dont know why. I tried Wolfoldblood_x32, ti5, lots of guides from steam, disable the amd drivers, disable some resources via windows. And nothing... I found another 2 brazilians with the same problem, all using rx 480 4gb/8gb
Unlocked the frames but the speeds change, worked with ti5 but the frames drops from 144 to 35.. Using a samsung 144hz monitor here.
Yes, the hardware is enough. And yep, you can make the game work but you need a lot of patience.
And thanks guys!
I just got the refund and take another game. Cuphead. See ya! Next sale i take the new colossus.
Comes down to priorities of the devs, and they shafted AMD users as they obviosly did not put in the necessary QA work to make sure this title ran decently on AMD PC hardware.
This is what bethesda did with Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. They left it broken, and never tried fixing the bugs after all of these years.
It took the guys at GOG to fix the game so it would play on PC.
Stay away from everything bethesda makes, and publishes.
I was going to buy this game but now knowing that AMD cards have nothing but issues I guess I'll look elsewhere.
Typical Bethesda, another game where modders were not allowed to fix another one of their bugfests.
