Well, like I said, it was probably just a coincidence. Try it again later and if it happens again then there's definitely a problem.

from AA? if it wasnt that, try Field of view up to 100, and keep framerate above 60.

Change the monitor, i have the same problem with laptop and a monitor in the office, the monitor was a dell 21" and the laptop a latitude 14" both give migraines after 1 hour of use frecuently. and try to sleep better, that helps! cheers!
