Mouse and kb does not respond after mission [SOLVED]

Hello, I got a problem.
So, I've completed mission in London Nautica, then after cutscene when Blazko talking to Anya, I can't even move in-game since this moment (http://imgur.com/a/OjpO7), mouse and keyboard are not reacting. Btw, in menu and journal everything work properly. I tried to Google this problem, but looks like this happens only on consoles, because I didn't find anyone who got this problem on PC.
Is there any way to solve it? I have this game since its release, and when I played it over 3 years ago, I didn't have this issue.

I find the salvation by myself.
The salvation is that before you start talking to Anya, you need to go away from her and then run'n'slide towards her and press E, and after cutscene everything works normally.
Note: I did this on controller, because this didn't work on keyboard, but probably it'll work for you if you experiencing this.

Hoping this helps someone, but I had the same issue with my kb/m not working not working after her conversation about the mold growing.

My fix for it was to toggle my FPS in the game to "60". Since I'm using id5tweaker, I put "id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit 60" and it worked for me. I did this command at the main menu, not sure if that effects anything.
