Unlocking Endless Nightmare.

Hello everybody !

I finished all the Endless levels in war mage difficulty and the Story mode in Nightmare but it seems I don't have access to the Endless Nightmare !

Does anybody know how can I unlock these?

There is no endless nightmare. Endless gets harder with each wave instead.
