Resolution Issue

I changed the game from fullscreen to windowed and now some the screen is cut off when I start the game. I am not able to change the settings back to fullscreen because the "accept" is cut off on the bottom. Have tried changing resolution though compatibility menu and through shiner. Neither have worked.

"You may manually change your video settings by modifying the VideoSettings.xml file found in your my documents folder.

Example:

[Drive]:\Users\username\Documents\Shiner\VideoSettings.xml

Right click on the file and choose "edit" or open it with notepad.

You can delete this file to restore the default settings."
