Does the PC version include the DLC?

I was wondering if the Steam version included the DLC, because on consoles there is DLC for this game, but the SteamDB doesn't list any DLCs you could buy for this game. So did the DLC ever come with the PC version, or is it missing?

sorry for the late respone but as much as i am aware i think the 2 Cars Subaru Impreza WRX STI GD and Jackson Adventurer where already implemented in the PC version, same goes for Liveries.
