PS5 issues and hard lock progression

I apologize for using the Steam forums but it seems like the best way to reach the Devs regarding console issues.
I'll keep it short:
Professional, efficient, adroit, cooperative. This trophy is bugged and unobtainable.

The officers with guns are completely broken, they will shoot through walls, they will continue to shoot after being busted causing a busted loop. This makes hacking missions near impossible in certain sections.

The helicopter gauntlet to the Citadel is broken and makes progression impossible (this is the hard lock). After knocking the soldier out of the helicopter, the helicopter turns invisible. In addition you continuously get knocked off your bike, I spent 15min trying to brute force it, relaunching the game, and reloading saves. Same issue.

Hopefully we'll see a patch soon addressing these issues, I was very excited for this title... but the launch has been rather disappointing.

Hi Skurkitty, firstly I apologise for the launch, you're right, it has been quite disappointing, I'd go as far as to say heart-breaking! We've spent five years working on this game and are not happy with the state it launched in. All I can do is say I'm sorry and thank you for being patient with us.

Those issues you'd mentioned, yes, we're aware of them, and we have fixes that will be in our next update. When you update we aren't actually allowed to automatically have the trophy unlock (it's a Sony technical requirement), but if you complete any ad hoc mission it will resolve itself.

The helicopter gauntlet issue is the most frustrating, again we have a fix for it, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until our next update.

We'll a load of other fixes and quality of life stuff in this next update, it will be available towards the end of the month. But, again, I'm very sorry you've encountered these issues, we're working on fixes, thank you for your patience!

Just a quick update for you Skurkitty. After chatting with the publisher we decided that this helicopter gauntlet fix was too important to wait until our next scheduled update, so we'll be uploading a mini-update very soon. As I said we believe we have this fixed, we're just going through the process now to get it made live. We're hoping it'll go live before the weekend. I'll keep you posted! Hi Skurkitty, that patch should be live now, it should resolve the helicopter progression issue. We have fixed the trophy unlock as well but unfortunately couldn't include it with this patch because it would require going through a full test with Sony which would have delayed it until next week. It will be in our next update that will be available soon, again thank you for your patience.

Helicopter section was extremely cool! I can see why I thought I was randomly getting knocked off my bike, so many attacks were invisible. Very fun section though, well done!

As for the trophy, will we just have to run any job w/ any business to unlock it? Or will we need to start a new playthrough?

When the fix is out completing any of the deliveries that show up in your delivery app will unlock it. We should also have more performance improvements for PS5 in the next update as well, hopefully that’ll bring its performance in line with Xbox. Sorry again that you ran into these issues with the game, but glad you enjoyed that sequence!
