Hi, just want to know if it's possible to have 2 players (host+1) conneted localy, and 2 additional players connected online, but both playing from the same PC? Basicly, would this game allow two couples to play together?

Yes. I played the game 3 players locally with my brother and sister on 1 pc locally, plus 1 player from online group matchmaking.

Trying to make it simple. You are hosting a serwer, invite one PC/XBOX/whatever where 2 people plays from same machine?
