Several questions...

First off, does this game have any sort of co-op multiplayer options? I don't see any sort of chat/cooperation between fellow players otherwise... which of course makes it sorta lonely Q.Q. Secondly, when is a good time to start stat stacking? Lastly, are there any good guides for later-game play like over rupt 120? I am unsure how to start gearing my character to deal with the super high end content... I was wondering if there was a good guide to stat stacking / higher level play? If so, please post the link here. I am also on discord. PM me and I'll give u my disc. Thanks!!! Great game tho, highly recommend it to others, amazingly fun :o

Co-op isn't in at the moment, it is planned but could take a while. You can chat with members of your fellowship if you're in one. Fellowships might not be very active right now though as with all seasonal-based games, player counts dwindle as the season progresses. There are guides posted to the Dwarven Realms discord, including a stat stacking one.
