but why? bad graphics? they look fine. bad voice acting? in a racing game I dont expect much...

This game is bad and not recommended. Flatout 3 feels so devoid of content. Having played the previous game and really enjoying it, I was so dissappointed with this game. Stay Away!

Flatout: Ultimate Carnage is the way to go. I have played it recently and it still holds up. On sale for $5, making it cheaper then this hot pile.

This game is horrible! Flatout 2 is 10000000 times better!

Ths game looks like a cheap copie of burnout. I played Flatout 1, 2 and UC. Flatout 3 doenst deserve the name "Flatout". It has very bad physiks and it looks ugly(as compared to the previous games). It contains a few nice new tracks, but thats only one tiny little positiv thing i could say about it. I am very disapointed.

I like burnout! :D

But with all these posts, I decided not to buy it. Too bad, I've been looking for a good arcade racer! Burnout Paradise was my last love for racing! :P

Hmm well I think it's due to them killing almost all of what was good about the previous games and not really fixing the issues from the second apart from stability which tbh the should patch on the first game so people could play it -.-

The first game disappointed me due to the hud screwing itself every race and with no way to turn the hud off it made the game impossible due to how it went haywire
The second fixed that but made the cars handle poorly and made the ai seem slightly more dickish which I actually support due to the games concept
This game removed most of what I loved... Career mode is gone and you have set cars, they handle as bad as last game and the ai has become more monotone in it's behaviour

also it seems this game is trying to copy ideas from other games such as the slowtime ability from the good Nfs:most wanted not the criterion clusterF**k that stole the name

I had been hoping that finally I'd be able to enjoy flatout...nope if only they'd patch the first game so the hud wouldn't decide to take a piss in your face while you try driving

as i recall, it's not by bugbyte, other three are bugbyte, this one by breakaway group who won the name in a bet or something, i get that right?
f1 was ok, f2 pretty good, f3-fail, f4-uc good.

I loved FlatOut 2 SOOOO MUCH! So i was expecting this to be just as good, turns out this has HORRID graphics, bad maps, less "destruction",bad effects,bad gameplay. If i were to comepare FlatOut 2 to this garbage, FlatOut2=4.5/5 FlatOut3=1.5/5

I just bought FO3 because I enjoyed FO2.
Wish I had read some reviews first....
WHAT A MISTAKE. A waste of 7,50 AUD.
At first I was just going wild about the STUPID WINDOWS EXPERIENCE score
for the game setup, which I could not circumvent, but
There is nothing redeemable about this game - Graphics, handling, nothing
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE .

AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM EB GAMES, BUT NOT SO
WITH RIPOFF STEAM.
