Red water areas

Hi,
ive finished the game but want to get 100%. I cant get into red water areas. Am i missing an item/skill or i need to do something in the map? Please help

You need to fullfill Achretis request !

Check your Compendium, tab Beings, if you don't remember who it is :)

I "finished" the request but Achretis still didn't give anything

You might be missing one of the items for Achretis. It was the case for me, I missed one vase. Afterwards you should get The Impure soul

when you give him all Vile Sediments form the vases below, he'll reward you with the soul which will give you immunity for these waters.

Where do i find this npc again... I cant find him

When you take the elevator up from the area with the Vile Sediments, go right. He's in the largest area you come across in that direction.
