Stranger in a strange land - Refuse to help Archetis - how does it work?
So, on my second playthrough I went to Archetis, refused to help him... and what next? I didn't get an achievement. Is there some way to refuse to help him even more? Maybe in some very unpolite way to make it clear to him?

How do I get this achievement?

Edit:
Refused him after killing Eternal Engine, then it works fine.

Should have got the achievement as soon as you got teleported for refusing to help. That's how it happened for me. :(

Thank you so much for flagging this and I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this!

This sounds like a bug. I've logged it with our QA team now to investigate.

I know this sounds like a weird question, but do you have your screen shake set to 0 (zero)? We've found this is causing a few bugs where things that should automatically trigger are failing to trigger, although normally it only causes bugs with timed triggers (such as timed events).

Camera shake is at 100 by default.

I guess there is condition to prevent player from softlocking himself? First time I refused Archetis was before I've collected Vile Sediments and, more importantly, before I've beat Eternal Engine.

And since it teleports you to the Court, I guess Archetis does nothing when you refuse him and you don't have Augmented Cortex simulacrum to prevent you being stuck there, since you can't use Void Gates yet.

Because I've returned to Archetis right now (two things changed: I've defeated Eternal Engine and collected all seiments) and got the achievement.
