How does one score 1 million points in the vanilla mode? I've made it to the end countless times, with all people. I've done most quests too

I'm not sure, but that same person has 90mil on the hard mode. The vanilla one seems more legit as there are a few people that either got close or over 500k. There's only one person at 1 mil at hard mode and then 90mil LOL so if it's not cheating (and I don't want to call anyone out if it's not true), then I'm assuming that there's a trick or in-game cheat/glitch. Won't know for sure without asking the top person.
