Albion Prelude Bonus Pack

Why are the bonus packs for x3tc and x3ap not exist on Steam? It is FREE part of the game. It will be easy and comfortable. X3 Reunion have its pack here, easy to find and install, but unfortunately TC and AP are not. And I have to dig through Egosoft's website. Then it will be a great collection that history will not forget - all games with all official additional packs. And of course, I am sorry for my English, tovarischi.
