Creating a internal station supply chain

Hey there, it's been a while since I've played this and a bit rusty so ended up messing some station placements up.

What would be the best way to set up a supply chain so for example. I ship Crystals from my own Crystal Fab Factory to a Solar Power Plant I own in another sector on an automated loop?

So it ships goods from one station to another and doesn't sell them off :-S

Ah, Thanks. I'll check them out. I tried to have a tinker with CLS but couldn't figure it out and Manual Trade runs on Repeat doesn't work as I hoped *lol*. Much appreciated!
