Could someone help me out and advise how to actually set Internal Logistic or Commercial Agent.

It doesn't seem to work in any understandable way.

1) I want my hauler ship to pick up the goods (combat drone, ammo) from factory and deliver it to the Equipment Dock where capital ships can pick up the ware. I set the factory as homebase + supplier, then Equipment Dock as consumer, but ship simply picks up the stock, keeps it in cargo hold and refuses to drop the freight at target station even if it's stock is empy. Demented software perhaps refuses to understand he suppose to keep hauling cargo from my station to my station without any concern of it's prize. Simply automatic resupply until stock is full at both sides, then continue when it empties.

2) I want to set commercial agent to constantly sell the supply at specific NPC station. Prize doesn't matter, as long as they buy my reputation goes up, but it doesn't seem to understand sell everything at this sector either.

3) I want another hauler to pick up the energy cells from one factory which does have surplus of cells and feed it to other station, again it's my to my station transfer, but ship refuses to do it as intended when setting Internal logistic command. Only working way how to resupply the station is via Buy for Best Price command, but then ships tends to commit suicide flying on some sector 3 jumps away instead of buying the stuff from NPC factory in same sector as my complex even if I actually set that they can buy for any prize available.

There are several guides around the internet, googled it, tried everything I could dozen of times, but it still doesn't seem to work the way I want it.

Only thing that works is simply giving ships manual commands each every run, but it's tedious, daunting task to actually command 30+ haulers manually.

Could anyone give me a quick guide how to set it to work as intended?

If possible, guide for complete dummies. :)

I did. I tried to follow the guide, but no joy, traders are still struck and not doing anything even if their cargo are overlowing with cargo.

I used consumer price. If I understand it correctly, it sells stock at any prize station offers to you, in case it ever changes. I doubt that it actually change, but I think it is what the command means.

Actually, I did followed your guide exactly. Well, I guess I did. External logistic command is still greyed out for some ships though, I am not sure exactly why
