CLS does not unload wares between my complex and HQ
I've set up two TS to transfer wares from my complex to HQ. I chose "external commodities" run and set up waypoints f.e.:
Complex set as homebase:
1)Load upto 500 cloth rimes
2)Load upto 40 microchips
3)Load upto 5000 energy cells
Then set it for my HQ:
1)Fly to station
2)Unload upto 500 cloth rimes
3)Unoad upto 40 microchips
4)Unload upto 5000 energy cells
it loads wares from the complx just fine. The problem is, when it docks to the HQ, it simply waits a bit and then just returns to the complex with full cargo. So it now jumps around with the same cargo. I did not set any ware size restrictions on HQ. Is anyone aware what went wrong?

Sure you are not trying to sell to your PHQ?

What level does your CLS Pilot have? Its needs to be of level "Courier" (L2) to be able to service Docks.

I am absolutely positive. In fact, I tried setting sale price for 0 and it still could not unload anything (it showed as "unload" and not "sell"). I tested and the only way that seemed to work was that I set only one ware to transport which is unacceptable for me.

They are Lvl3: cargo messenger

Here's a waypoint list from one of my CLS:
1. Station: HQ Complex
--------------------
1. Refuel jump energy
2. Loading up to500 teladianium
3. Loading up to550 cloth rimes
4. Loading up to450 rastar oil
5. Loading up to800 ore
6. Loading up to40 quantum tubes

2. Station: HQ
---------------------------------
1. Fly to station
2. Unloading up to500 teladianium
3. Unloading up to550 cloth rimes
4. Unloading up to450 rastar oil
5. Unloading up to800 ore
6. Unloading up to40 quantum tubes
Do you see any issues in it?

Seeing as his loading/unloading up to orders ar ethe same amounts he's either completed his job and meandering between waypoints or he hasn't been leveled enough,... I'm leaning towards he's finished his job but wouldn't know for sure without more details.

Looks like the problem was with the "manual up to" option. I tried setting exact load/unload wares numbers and now it seems to work. Not sure how "up to" should be set up though.

The load/unload up to commands work exactly as they sound. If a ship is set to load up to 750 EC but only has 200 in it's inventory, it will load EC until it reaches 750. If not enough wares are available to reach the set amount it will take what it can and continue on.
The reverse goes for unload up to. if the ship is is set to unload up to 2500 EC it will make its deliveries until the target has 2500 EC. Once the target amount is reached the ship will stop transfering EC until the target has less than 2500. This command is most useful for keeping your fleets armed and fueled or delivering multiple items to different destinations.
