Need Help to get The CODEA and MARS script started
Hi,

inserted the CODEA and MARS zip´s in the game file.

But when i go ingame the scripts dont start or i dont get them started,
If someone can give me a Step by Step Guide it will help very much.

Hi BK-201,

for MARS, you have to download the archive and extract it (only the <scripts> and <t> folders) in your <...\x3 terran conflict\addon> and NOT in your <...\x3 terran conflict> folder.

Optional step : if you want the new laser drone model from MARS to be active (only visual), you have 2 choices :

1- extract the <type> folder from the archive in <...\x3 terran conflict\addon\type> and then extract MARS_Repair_Drones_AP.zip in it.

OR

2- extract the <mods> folder in your <...\x3 terran conflict\addon> folder and then select the MARS mod in your launcher before starting the game.

NOTE : if you use the MARS visual enhancement, you create conflict with other mods that modify Ships in the game.

Then start the game, create or load a game, dock your ship in a station and save. Then load your newly saved game. After 5 / 10 secondes you should have a sound with a message indicating MARS system has been installed. Finally, go to the customize control section to assign the new HOTKEYS for it.

For CODEA, just extract the archive in your <...\x3 terran conflict\addon> folder and it's done. No need to save/load the game to activate this mod.

NOTE : be sure to download and install the Befehlsbibliothek_X3TC_V3805.zip this way too or it won't work.
