Radeon RX 580?
Just want to know if my Radeon RX 580 can run this

Nope. You must have at least a Radeon RX 6000 series video card or RX 7000 series video card to even try to run this. The RX 6000 series from AMD are the first video cards to feature hardware-accelerated RayTracing cores on them (a requirement to run ray tracing games like this one). Your RX 580 does not have the required hardware to even try to start this game.

Even then it won't ever work correctly. Even people with brand new Radeon RX 7000 series video cards report serious problems trying to run this game (corrupted textures, slow performance, frequent crashes, etc).

This is an Nvidia title designed for Nvidia video cards. Some people have managed to get it to work on newer AMD video cards but it is not guaranteed to function like that and should be expected it probably won't work correctly or not even run at all on AMD cards.
