I decided to make it anyway because why not, give people the option at least
For performance reference:
Tested on a RTX 2070 Super at 1080p
Went from 70fps to 100fps both on DLSS ultra performance, if you don't like ultra performance, well the good news is that it makes the other options like Quality playable now

It would be nice if you could include a disclaimer that your "mod" degrades the graphics quality of the game in order to make the game run faster. I think it is important that people understand what it is that they are downloading before they download it.
