Controller has stopped working. Unsure if an issue with Portal RTX or with the new Steam Big Picture update

Howdy everyone,

I have been playing through Portal with RTX using my DualShock 4 controller. I have had no issue with it until today. It has been about two weeks since I last played, and in that time I see that Steam updated their Big Picture mode. Additionally, I got a small update for Portal with RTX.

I am wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue or knows how to fix it. I have tried every combination of enabling/disabling Gamepad in-game (under the mouse settings), changing the configuration through Steam, and turning on/off 'Enable Steam Input for Playstation controllers'.

Perhaps one of the aforementioned updates reset some of my settings, but I have double-checked everything, and it is all as it was when the controller was working properly. The controller does work on other games.

The steam store page does say "Partial Controller Support". You should consider yourself lucky that any controller actually ever worked with it in the first place.
